What is Rehabilitation?
Rehabilitation is a form of exercise prescription, usually intended to restore joint mobility and muscular health after an injury, surgery or training for a sporting event. We use a programming software that generates personalised exercise plans at the highest spec, ensuring effective progress. Every plan is personalised to your needs, goals, body and routine.

From March 2026, our Sports Therapist Joe, will be qualified in Physiotherapy (MSc), enabling a enhanced rehabilitation experience.
How will Rehabilitation help me?
Rehabilitation gives you the tools and understanding to take control of the real you. With clear, expert lead plan, our rehabilitation programs gives you the confidence to develop agency and self care for injury prevention, therefore reducing the need for frequent appointments.

Even if you aren't feeling too confident to perform these at home, we are able to offer 1-1 rehabilitation sessions at the gym in our Hitchin Clinic. We will be there to guide and demonstrate the exercises to ensure the correct form and tempo, to prevent injury reoccurrence and give you the helping hand you may need.
What is included with the program?
Your program will include a step by step guide, following your progression of your symptoms. The program will be reviewed every 4-6 weeks by a follow up appointment and reassessment, then altered accordingly to your progression. The program with be tailored to your routine and equipment available. We always work with you, so any challenges, regression of symptoms or lack of time/ equipment, let us know and we will alter the plan to work suits you best.
